The Senior Total Rewards Specialist supports the delivery of total rewards programs including compensation operations, performance management processes, global job architecture implementation (position leveling and job matching), market benchmarking, equity programs, and international mobility operations.
This role ensures accurate execution, governance, and data integrity across reward and performance processes, while partnering with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and global Total Rewards to enable fair, competitive, and performance-driven people decisions.
