崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities，
1.協(xié)助地區(qū)主任完成和各內(nèi)部及外部部門的協(xié)調(diào)工作，協(xié)助完成各類商業(yè)目標(biāo)和活動(dòng)的準(zhǔn)備文件；

3.協(xié)助與東南亞目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管局的溝通，包括會(huì)議組織、資料準(zhǔn)備、會(huì)議記錄、資料存檔等。
Assist to communicate with local Market Supervision Bureau, including meeting organization, data preparation, meeting minutes, data archiving, etc
4.協(xié)助地區(qū)主任處理各類行政及外部公共事務(wù)的溝通事宜（政府、外部客戶及供應(yīng)商等）；
Assist South-East Asia Regional Head to Handle all kinds of administrative and external public affairs communication (eg.government affairs, external customers and suppliers, etc.)
5.協(xié)助地區(qū)主任完成研究調(diào)查，主動(dòng)了解內(nèi)外部信息，供領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策;
Assist South-East Asia Regional Head to complete research and investigation, take the initiative to know the internal and external information for leadership decision-making.
6.上級(jí)要求及安排的其他臨時(shí)工作
Work closely with other departments, complete other tasks arranged by the superiors.

任職資格Requirements and Qualifications
1.學(xué)歷要求 Educational Requirements
本科以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)不限，國(guó)際貿(mào)易、國(guó)際公共關(guān)系等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in international trade, International public relations or related field
2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求Working Experience Requirements
1年以上助理/行政相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉馬來(lái)西亞醫(yī)療或醫(yī)藥相關(guān)的行政流程
At least 1 year of work experience in administrative or related fields, familiar with Malaysia's medical or drug management procedures
3.知識(shí)能力要求 Knowledge and Skill requirements，
優(yōu)秀的溝通表達(dá)能力，英語(yǔ)、中文流利，如對(duì)印尼、馬來(lái)西亞、泰國(guó)語(yǔ)言有一定了解優(yōu)先考慮
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in English and Chinese,knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
