We are currently expanding our Marketing team in Jiaxing and looking for new colleagues who will join our team.
Your tasks:

Your tasks:
- Analyze customer requirements (RFQ/RFI) to ensure alignment with overall product line strategy, prepares with stakeholders bid strategy and provide marketing input required for RFQ/RFI response to maximize chance for sustainable business award.
- Create and maintain an understanding of market trend, market position and offering, as well as know competitor offering / USPs / Value Proposition (i.e. drive benchmarking).
- Develop ZF product USP and Value Propositions into specific messaging to customers and markets for powerful market launch and product promotion.
- Track performance of portfolio (i.e. net sales evolution, outperformance, margin, inventory and capacity) and initiate activities when appropriate to keep sustainable business.
- Support regional Key Accounts and help identify and pursue potential business opportunities for innovation products.
Your profile:
- Understand basic business mode and market trend for ADAS.
- Marketing related skills and experiences.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and interact with different parts of the organization (see Connection into ZF Group) as well as outside of the organization (i.e. customers).
- Capability to develop a deep understanding of working principle of products / services, and being able to clearly communicate/present products and its USPs
