Job summary:
1. Develop strategic plans to transform long-term goals into actionable
initiatives, while strengthening China-Global synergy to secure growth.
2. Provide high-quality market research and analytics on
market/competitor/business performances to support business development, able
to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment to co-create/derive
actionable insights to support strategic planning and decision making.
3. Support in business reporting within RDSL and with APAC/Global. And drives
operational excellence by standardizing business processes and frameworks to
maximize organizational efficiency.
The Opportunities:

1. Assist in coordinating, developing, and implementing Molecular Lab
strategic plans and decode long-term goals into annual plans while aligning
global and local resources and understanding to ensure execution excellence.
2. Serve as a strategic link between China and Global, leveraging market
insights to effectively communicate local needs and secure appropriate
resources in global asset planning to drive China acceleration.

3. Establish and optimize business intelligence and analytics framework;
support critical decision-making and strategic positioning by synthesizing
internal/external market trends, competitor dynamics, and business performance
into actionable insights.
