職位概要(Job summary):
NPI Sr.IE engineer. Analyze the cost structure for RFQ and collect factory production efficiency and standard working hours.

工作職責(zé)(Responsibilities):
1. Collect factory production efficiency and standard working hours to provide effective basic data for manufacturing cost.
2. Analyze the cost structure of RFQ projects and formulate cost optimization plans.
3. Establish a cost database and analysis models for variance analysis.
4. Monitor key cost KPIs (Materials, director labor), and expenses (Equipment, tooling fixtures, energy consumption, site and indirect labor), and drive improvements with data.
5. Production project direct headcount calculation/plan and execution.
6. Lead or participate in efficiency optimization and deepen the application of industrial engineering and lean production methods.
7. Monitor UPH and overall equipment effectiveness to support capacity expansion.

任職資格(Qualification):
1. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial, manufacturing or a related subject.
2. 5 years’ experience in IE experience. Proficient in IE method, lean methodology and tools, and etc.
3. Familiar with tools such as Auto CAD, Microsoft office, and etc.
4. Power product experience is preferred
5. Good level of English, both reading and written.
6. Professional, organized, flexible, passionate and self – motivated.
