I. Position Overview
Under the direct leadership of the General Manager, the Project Management Department Manager is primarily responsible for supporting project managers in overseeing new projects undertaken by the factory and affiliated companies within the group. 3. Formulate and continuously improve project management processes, ensuring effective implementation of site systems and standards (e.g., IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001) throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Regularly evaluate process execution outcomes, propose improvement recommendations, and drive implementation to elevate project management standardization.
5. Supervise the effectiveness of project managers' daily work, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure project progress, quality, and costs align with expectations.
6. Guarantee timely delivery of samples, maintain customer relationships, address unforeseen issues during project execution, and mitigate delivery risks.
