YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the talent strategy for Pharma China impacting Talent, Culture and Organizational Effectiveness as a business imperative.
Lead Strategic Workforce Planning for Enabling Functions China, secure the right talent, skills and capabilities fitting into external market changes.
Advise, coach and hold leaders accountable for talent, leadership, performance, culture, org-design and transformation initiatives.
Drive High Touch Integrated Talent Management, orchestrate the design, delivery and agile implementation of organizational effectiveness/ efficiency and change management programs, assume a holistic, overarching responsibility for all HR topics in the dedicated areas
Bring outside-in perspective through market orientation, connectivity to industry peers and key talents Build Talent Pipeline and high performing Culture through agile people priorities, programs and KPIs fully embedded into business strategy
WHO YOU ARE
University Degree or equivalent At least 8-10 years of experience in HR
Strong communicator to ensure business advise and influence at all levels cross the organization Strong collaborator who understands how to connect and navigate in complex environments and effectively leverage the entire HR EcoSystem
Learning agility, curiosity and proved flexibility
Ability to balance innovation and "fit for purpose" solutions
Good business acumen and people/talent savvy
Grow with others, lead with purpose, be inclusive, courageous
