Responsibility:
1.客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)與業(yè)績(jī)達(dá)成:負(fù)責(zé)華南地區(qū)IDC(互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心)、汽車(chē)等行業(yè)大客戶(hù)的開(kāi)發(fā)、維護(hù)與深耕,聚焦電氣元器件及相關(guān)解決方案的銷(xiāo)售,完成個(gè)人銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
Responsible for the development, maintenance, and deepening of key accounts in industries such as IDC (Internet Data Center) and automotive in South China, focusing on the sales of electrical components and related solutions to achieve personal sales targets.
2.客戶(hù)洞察與分析:深入梳理客戶(hù)組織架構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略及決策流程,建立完善的客戶(hù)檔案(含組織架構(gòu)、關(guān)鍵決策人、業(yè)務(wù)需求、歷史合作等),持續(xù)跟蹤客戶(hù)需求變化,識(shí)別潛在項(xiàng)目機(jī)會(huì)。
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer organizational structures, business strategies, and decision-making processes; establish comprehensive customer profiles (including organizational charts, key decision-makers, business needs, historical cooperation, etc.); continuously track changes in customer needs and identify potential project opportunities.
3.項(xiàng)目與機(jī)會(huì)管理:對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)大客戶(hù)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展進(jìn)行全生命周期跟蹤,協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部(如區(qū)域、產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)、供應(yīng)鏈)與外部(如客戶(hù)、合作伙伴)資源,推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目落地;挖掘客戶(hù)潛在需求,共研共創(chuàng)拓展合作領(lǐng)域,提升客戶(hù)價(jià)值。
Track the entire lifecycle of projects for assigned key accounts, coordinate internal (regional, product, technical, supply chain) and external (customer, partner) resources to drive project implementation; explore potential customer needs, conduct co-development to expand cooperation areas, and enhance customer value.
4.戰(zhàn)略協(xié)議推進(jìn):引導(dǎo)并推動(dòng)集團(tuán)短名單技術(shù)協(xié)議、戰(zhàn)略協(xié)議的談判與簽訂,深化與客戶(hù)的長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系,鞏固施耐德萬(wàn)高在華南地區(qū)行業(yè)客戶(hù)中的市場(chǎng)份額。
Lead and facilitate the negotiation and signing of group short-list technical agreements and strategic agreements to deepen long-term cooperative relationships with customers and consolidate Schneider Wingoal's market share among industry clients in South China.
5.市場(chǎng)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)反饋:收集行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息及客戶(hù)需求反饋,為公司制定區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售策略、產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
Collect industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to provide data support for the company's formulation of regional sales strategies and product optimization.
Requirement
1.基本條件(Basic Requirements)
本科及以上學(xué)歷,電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化、機(jī)電一體化等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2.行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)(Industry Experience)
具備5年以上電氣元器件銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備行業(yè)市場(chǎng);有大型行業(yè)客戶(hù)(如新能源、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、金融、算力等)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Over 5 years of sales experience in electrical components, familiar with the electrical machinery/power equipment industry; prior experience in developing large industry clients (such as new energy, internet, finance, computing power, etc.) is preferred.
3.大客戶(hù)管理能力(Key Account Management Capability)
具備3年以上大客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)與管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉大客戶(hù)銷(xiāo)售流程(如項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)、需求調(diào)研、方案呈現(xiàn)、談判簽約),能獨(dú)立主導(dǎo)復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目,具備較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目節(jié)點(diǎn)把控能力。
Over 3 years of experience in key account development and management, familiar with key account sales processes (e.g., project initiation, needs research, solution presentation, negotiation and signing); able to independently lead complex projects and possess strong project milestone control capabilities.
