Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
61Skin Care is a big, growing, complex and highly competitive category in Unilever business.
61Pond’s is one top priority global brand in Unilever skin care category with strong growth trend. It is leading mass skin care brand in SA, SEAA, LATAM markets.
61The role will be a product development technologist for Pond’s Face care platform innovations. Works as formulation stream expertise to develop formulations per project, closely work with technical product leader/product development manager to design holistic superior products in various markets including India, Indonesia, Latam etc.
Main Accountabilities
61Build technical know-how to lead formulation design as formulation work stream leader to support TPL to deliver innovations.
61Develop new/disruptive face care formats or technology according to market trends analysis
