This position is a short-term contract for 7 months.
Key Activities
? Provide comprehensive support for HR operations, including career development discussion, Talent review , skill development and so on
? Assist and drive the Talent Review process, organizing high-potential and key talent assessments to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
? Implement Skill Mapping, develop the company’s competency framework, and identify core skills and capability gaps.
? Design and promote Career Development programs, collaborate with managers to create individual career paths and development strategies.
? Regularly compile HR data (e.g., turnover, engagement, talent review results) to provide reports and actionable insights to management.
? Support talent management processes, including evaluations, employee experience feedback sessions.
? And any other relevant HR tasks which may be assigned
