Reporting to the Sr. Quote Project Manager, the Assistant Quote Project Manager role involves… What a typical day looks like: ? Proceed/manage the quote process once receiving the quote request by BDM ? Analyze quote requirements and screen check the RFQ package ? Ensure accurate, timely and competitive responses to customer quotations ? Coordinate/Liaise with BDM and stakeholders to ensure the specific requirements and deliverables in quote are met at timely manner ? Develop comprehensive costing/pricing which comply with specific product definitions and are aligned to achieve business strategy defined ? Prepare/Develop accurate financial models to aid for decision making and development of pricing hypothesis/simulation ? Quote vs. actual analysis The experience we’re looking to add to our team: ? Degree holder in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related disciplines. ? At least 5 years working experience in Quotation, costing analysis, industrial Engineering or Supply chain management experience in electronics manufacturing industry. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin ? knowledge in the areas of industrialization, finance or manufacturing ? Self-motivated, well-organized and efficient, able to report accurately on-time deliverables on schedule or under tight deadlines ?
