崗位職責(zé)：
1. Carry out the design principles and development directions of HQ on service network, track regional network layout trends, and ensure the quality of service delivery and service level in the service cluster；

2. Implement the service benchmark, policies, BD, and service SOP designated by HQ in service cluster, and track the implementation. Provide timely feedback to HQ and keep improving；
落實(shí)總部就服務(wù)規(guī)范、政策、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程在大區(qū)的執(zhí)行，把控服務(wù)大區(qū)區(qū)域內(nèi)在執(zhí)行上的實(shí)際完成情況，及時有效地向總部反饋并進(jìn)行持續(xù)改善。
3. Reasonable allocation of each branch external service, turnover target and budget. Manage and guide each branch to achieve annual target.
統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)大區(qū)內(nèi)各服務(wù)分部外部服務(wù)，營收目標(biāo)與預(yù)算的合理分配，管理并指導(dǎo)各分部完成年度目標(biāo)。
4. Maintain good communication with internal and external customers. Maintain good collaboration with the Sales Cluster and the Service Cluster BA and Service Cluster Parts Logistics.
維護(hù)內(nèi)外部客戶的良好溝通，與大區(qū)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)及服務(wù)大區(qū)商務(wù)行政和服務(wù)大區(qū)配件物流團(tuán)隊(duì)保持良好協(xié)同合作 。
5. According to the training requirements and needs of HQ and service cluster, make overall planning of training resources. Ensure the effective implementation of training according to the business development and annual targets of the service cluster.

6. Improve business capabilities and construction of talent pool, including capacity building, process and internal operation optimization.

任職資格：
1.Bachelor's degree and above .
本科及以上學(xué)歷
2.5-10 years of relevant work experience.
5-10年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
