General Description
This position is responsible to manage a Logistics Operations team to achieve industry best practice and match or exceed customer requirements in the most cost effective manner.

Specific Accountabilities
1. Oversee warehouse inbound and outbound operation, picking, pre-packing, WO kitting, LH management, WO return and tooling.
2. Strategically manage shipping / receiving area (warehouse) in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
3. Co-work with clients to ensure the operation is running safely and secured under company policy.
4. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and SOPs.
5. Manage stock control and reconcile with Oracle data system.
6. Analyse relevant reports and data indicators, problem shooting, provide solutions to meet customers satisfaction.
7. Review business process and initiate by giving suggestions to drive for continuous warehouse improvement and warehouse efficiency
8. Deal with planning, administration and general management issues of warehouse team which include the day-to-day supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized by all sites supervisors.
9. Recruit, train the staffs including supervisors, leaders and operators to meet the company requirements.
10. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
11. Handling communication with internal departments and external suppliers.
12. Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.

4. 在提議改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目與不動(dòng)產(chǎn)策略時(shí),展現(xiàn)出專業(yè)的商業(yè)洞察力。
5. 為關(guān)鍵客戶制定詳細(xì)的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃。
6. 密切監(jiān)控/追蹤項(xiàng)目時(shí)間表與總體預(yù)算,確保符合既定目標(biāo)。
7. 與關(guān)鍵客戶緊密合作,將需求傳達(dá)給內(nèi)部相關(guān)方并獲得最終確認(rèn)。
8. 與內(nèi)部相關(guān)方緊密協(xié)作,確保達(dá)到乃至超越關(guān)鍵客戶的期望。
9. 監(jiān)督所有與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的決策,必要時(shí)向運(yùn)營主管上報(bào)。
10. 作為內(nèi)部主要聯(lián)絡(luò)人,負(fù)責(zé)就項(xiàng)目范圍、規(guī)劃、進(jìn)度、時(shí)間安排及商務(wù)條款等事宜進(jìn)行溝通。
Skills Required
1. Computer literate including WMS
2. Excellent command of written and spoken of English and Mandarin
3. Extensive knowledge and understanding of logistics operations and account management
4. Innovative, assertive, customer-oriented and analytical
5. Possess core competences including leadership, managing change, target and result focus, entrepreneurial responsibility and team steering
6. Self-motivated, can work under pressure

1. 熟練操作電腦及倉儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)。
2. 具備出色的英語和普通話書面及口語表達(dá)能力。
3. 擁有深厚的物流運(yùn)營及客戶管理專業(yè)知識(shí)與理解。
4. 富有創(chuàng)新精神、行事果斷、以客戶為導(dǎo)向且具備分析能力。
5. 掌握核心勝任力,包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、變革管理、目標(biāo)與結(jié)果導(dǎo)向、創(chuàng)業(yè)家精神及團(tuán)隊(duì)引領(lǐng)能力。
6. 積極主動(dòng),能夠在壓力下工作。
Experience and Qualifications
1. Bachelor or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management.
2. Minimum 8 years relevant experience in supply chain management, with 5 years’ experience in managerial position
3. Manpower management, analytical and project management skills are required
