A Snapshot of Your Day
61Scheduling and adjusting production plans based on customer orders/forecasts, material status, production capacity, communicating closely with teams like Design ,Production, PM, SM,QM, TC etc. to ensure
plan fulfillment, focuses on improving efficiency via automation and digital tools.
How You’ll Make an Impact
61Make the master production plan according to the delivery requirement of customer order.
61Make material arrival plan according to requirement , smooth material supply and production requirement .
61Analyze the working ability, loading, balance the production time of each sequence , maximize production Efficiency, optimize related manpower, device, material and production process.
61Follow up and control the production schedule, make appropriate adjustment according to the actual production situation, coordinate and communicate with the abnormal production.
61Communicate with the project manager about transformer delivery date and meet customer needs.
61Monitor production schedule and production output, make sure material supply match the production plan,try to avoid missing parts and over stocking.
61Balance production capacity and project demand.
61Keep close communication with Design, Production, PM, SM, QM ,TC etc.to make sure the production plan be fulfilled, fast response once disturbance occurred.
What You Bring
61Bachelor degree or above, Major in Engineering , Computer , Information technology or related fields.
61Working experience with production planning and material controlling in large-scale manufacturing factory for
