崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibilities：
1、針對現(xiàn)有量產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商維護(hù)及開發(fā)；針對國內(nèi)外新項(xiàng)目初期供應(yīng)商開發(fā)，包括報(bào)價(jià)，打樣評估支持。Supplier maintenance and development for current production; Supplier development for domestic new project, including quotations, samples support.
2、根據(jù)年度降本的目標(biāo),負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)材料的年度議價(jià)降價(jià),持續(xù)降低采購成本。Based on yearly cost down target, be responsible for current production materials annual negotiation and bargaining, continuous reduction for procurement costs.
3、協(xié)助處理和協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈、品質(zhì)部門與供應(yīng)商之間的問題。Assist in handling and coordinating issues among supply chain, quality and suppliers.
4、支持本地開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的供應(yīng)商和材料的開發(fā)，包含項(xiàng)目初期技術(shù)及價(jià)格評估，中期樣品跟進(jìn)以及后期量產(chǎn)追蹤。Local project support for suppliers and materials development, including initial technology assessments, mid term sample follow up and production tracking.
5、支持國際項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)中對應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)材料的開發(fā)。Support for development of cooresponding materials in global project development.
6、年度改善目標(biāo)達(dá)成。Finish yearly KAIZEN target.
7、及時(shí)完成供應(yīng)商季度評價(jià)。Finish suppliers quarterly evaluation.
8、新項(xiàng)目初期報(bào)價(jià)的評估支持。Support for new project initial quotation.

任職資格 Qualifications：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工科優(yōu)先 Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering
2、至少3年以上采購經(jīng)驗(yàn) At least 3 years of purchasing experience
3、英語可作為工作語言直接參與國際會議，熟練使用Office工具的應(yīng)用 Good written and oral English, proficient in the application of Office tools
4、具備電子和結(jié)構(gòu)材料的知識以及現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)管理流程知識 Possess knowledge of electronic and structural materials as well as modern production management processes
