崗位職責(zé)：
85 Responsible for daily operation activities in Laser/Printing/Placement/Reflow/AOI/SPI/selective soldering equipment
85 Lead new product DFM and trial run
85 Manage and dispose production abnormal issue in SMT process.
85 Work with other function team for continuous process and equipment improvement.
85 Standardize SMT process specification and documentation.
85 Drive and lead assigned improvement projects
85 Responsible for global process standardization and new line setup.
85 Responsible for technician and production operator training and certification
任職要求：
85 Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or other related areas
85 At least 7 years SMT or wave/selective soldering engineering experience
85 Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, FMEA, SPC, lean-six sigma tools
85 Be able to use statistic tools for problem solving and further process improvement
85 Be familiar with Panasonic machine and system (DGS, PanaCIM )
85 Be familiar with CAD，CAM 350
