The Sr. PCB Layout Engineer will be based in Shenzhen.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
? Working at the Research and Development Department and involved in the design, development, evaluation and modification of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for Power Supplies of different wattage and application.
? Doing PCB Layout of high power applications using PADS software.
? Performs librarian functions such as PCB and Schematic symbol part creation conforming to Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
? Responsible in creating and maintaining GERBER FILES and PCB Specs for all layers of the PCB and PCB Films for PCB Fabrication.
? Cross-functional work with Electrical design, Mechanical design, Test engineering, Safety, factory/manufacturing and other departments to ensure Design for Manufacturing
? 參與設計、開發(fā)、評估和修改不同功率的電源PCB。
? 用PADS軟件對大功率電源產(chǎn)品進行PCB設計。
? 創(chuàng)建以及維護元件庫，如PCB和原理圖符號零件創(chuàng)建，且需符合DFM要求。
? 負責創(chuàng)建和維護用于PCB制造的PCB GERBER文件和PCB規(guī)格書。
? 與電子、機械、測試、安規(guī)、制造等部門進行合作，以確保PCB設計符合制造生產(chǎn)的各種要求。
Here is some of what you’ll need:
? College (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
? 4 years design experience in PCB Layout design for power supply (Telecom, Server, OBC ...).
? Experienced in PCB layout using PADS software.
? Well experience in PCB assembly for more optimize and cost effective design. Knowledge in critical layout issues, EMI performance, manufacturability considerations and Safety standards.
? Self-motivated, passionate work, good team work.
? 大?；蛞陨蠈W歷，電力電子或自動化相關專業(yè)。
? 4年及以上 開關電源PCB設計經(jīng)驗，有大功率產(chǎn)品PCB設計經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
? 能熟練使用PADS進行工作。
? 熟悉工廠PCB組裝流程，可提供更高效、更低成本的PCB設計。了解關鍵器件布局、EMI、DFM和安規(guī)等方面的知識。
? 積極主動、團隊合作性強。
