Reporting to:
Sales Support Manager
Job Title
Pre-Sales Support engineer for Low Voltage Multi-Drive (LV MD) and Special Purpose Drive of Medium Voltage (MV SPD), System Drives
Purpose of the position
- To design, calculate and specify documentation for drive system of LV MD and MV SPD
- To maintain the competence and know-how of LV MD and MV SPD
- To support for quotation phase and to support for order execution
Main Responsibility
- Design of drive system for LV MD and MV SPD at quotation phase and
order execution phase
- Creation of design documents at quotation phase and order execution phase
- Simulations of drive system of LV MD and MV SPD including drive
performances, network side and motor side performances
- Competence and know-how maintenance for LV MD and MV SPD
- Proactive cooperation with Sales, Project management and other functions
- Contribution to new applications and standardization
- Contribution to process improvement
- Support of commissioning and trouble-shooting, especially new applications
Basic Requirements
- Master degree or above on industrial electrical technology, drive or motor
technology
- Deep knowledge on principle of AC drive, motor and related system
components
- 2 years of work experience in Sales field is preferred
- Fluent English
