Job Description：
1. As XC-CN SW Re-flash Champion, be responsible for comprehensively coordinating overall SW reflash management for 3 locations (TTWH, Wujin re-flash center and customer side).
2. Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of SW re-flash process to achieve quality improvement and cost reduction target.
3. Design and implement digital solutions to promote the visualization of the SW re-flash status.
4. Support and coordinate for SW factory to provide high-quality software products that meet the diversified needs of customers.
5. Purchase and management SW tool
6. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, good English communication skills
2. Knowledge about database and office automation (Power BI, KNIME, Python, SQL, etc)
3. Good verbal and written English
4. Good communication and cooperation skills
5. Quick learner and strong logical thinking
