YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve sales targets through drug store or end user education.通過藥店或終端用戶教育實現銷售目標。
Establish a sales plan and schedule your activities to implement the sales plan in the field, including developing a visiting agenda to meet these targets.制定銷售計劃并安排自己的活動以在現場實施銷售計劃,包括制定拜訪議程以確保達成目標。
Monitor and manage pricing among clients.負責監(jiān)控和管理客戶的定價。
Execute product education for drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services during visits to existing and new customers.通過評估客戶需求,在拜訪現有和新客戶時為藥店店員提供產品教育,建議合適的產品和服務。
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers while building positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.識別、研究并聯系潛在客戶,建立積極的關系以產生未來銷售和重復業(yè)務。
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.將銷售線索、客戶反饋和競爭對手活動信息轉發(fā)給組織內的相關聯系人,以便應對市場變化和客戶需求。
WHO YOU ARE
Education level: Higher than college degree (大專以上文化程度).
No working experience required, but a medical/clinic education background is required.無需工作經歷,但需具備醫(yī)療/臨床教育背景。
Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and integrity.具備良好的領導能力、口頭和書面溝通能力、解決問題的能力以及正直的品格。
At least 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry; a clinical/medical education background is preferable.至少兩年醫(yī)藥行業(yè)工作經驗,具有臨床/醫(yī)療教育背景者優(yōu)先。
Holding an effective RDPAC certification.持有有效的RDPAC證書。
