Preferred Qualifications
Strong ownership, can proactively lead and follow up till issues are closed
1. Past experience in new product/feature design is a strong plus ? Experienced in collecting new user requirement and creating business requirement
documents is preferred
2. Able to use English as daily working language to communicate with US team in
conference calls independently
Responsibilities
Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features, bug fix before go live
1. Support system onboarding activities including master data setup, account creation , user training, data validation and reporting
2.Act as liaison between end users and IT support to facilitate troubleshooting. Explore
workaround for the issue as needed.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive system and project documents
4.Support on new products and features in design phase
