操作部崗位
主要職責(zé): 負(fù)責(zé)船公司貨物的操作與管理，處理貨物相關(guān)的問題，確保貨物裝卸船舶的安全與高效。
1，審核和核實(shí)貨物文件，包括集裝箱清單、遺失文件、危險(xiǎn)品驗(yàn)收和海關(guān)狀態(tài)。
2，與合作伙伴和利益相關(guān)者協(xié)調(diào)，確保準(zhǔn)確及時的裝卸信息交換。
3，準(zhǔn)備和更新CBF/TBU/裝貨清單，包括特殊集裝箱號和DG信息等。
4，根據(jù)需要提供特殊貨物艙單，并及時溝通裝貨清單的任何變更或增加。
5，監(jiān)督和批準(zhǔn)遲來的請求，確保符合既定的協(xié)議。
6，準(zhǔn)確記錄未在碼頭的集裝箱、丟失的文件和未實(shí)現(xiàn)的集裝箱（短缺）。
7，生成和共享報(bào)告，包括散貨信息、危險(xiǎn)貨物艙單、罐式集裝箱信息和空箱詳細(xì)信息（如果需要）。
8，與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，協(xié)調(diào)計(jì)劃與實(shí)際的負(fù)載/卸載信息，并識別差異。
9，生成負(fù)載和放電計(jì)數(shù)，為報(bào)告目的提供準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)。
10，根據(jù)需要準(zhǔn)備離港報(bào)告（TDR），確保全面和及時的溝通。
11，維護(hù)和更新FIS的截止日期和截止時間，確保按計(jì)劃執(zhí)行。
12，檢查海關(guān)文件阻塞問題，并監(jiān)督清關(guān)后貨物的放行。


應(yīng)聘要求：
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷；
2. 1-3年起相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；海運(yùn)行業(yè)船公司貨物操作工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
3. 良好的英語口語和書寫能力；
5. 熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件Excel；
6. 熟悉當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)/法律
7. 積極樂觀的工作態(tài)度，抗壓能力強(qiáng)。

Responsibilities：
61 Review and verify cargo documentation, including container lists, missing documentation, dangerous goods (DG) acceptance, and customs status.
61 Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely load and discharge information exchange.
61 Prepare and update CBF/TBU/load lists, including special cargo container numbers, and DG information etc.
61 Provide special cargo manifests as required and communicate any changes or additions to the load list.
61 Monitor and approve late-come requests, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
61 Maintain accurate records of containers not in the terminal, missing documentation, and containers that did not materialize (shortfall).
61 Generate and share reports, including break bulk (BB) information, dangerous cargo manifests, tank container information and empty container details if required.
61 Collaborate with teams to reconcile planned versus actual load/discharge information and identify discrepancies.
61 Generate load and discharge counts, providing accurate data for reporting purposes.
61 Prepare terminal departure reports (TDR) as needed, ensuring comprehensive and timely communication.
61 Maintain and update deadlines and cut-offs in FIS, ensuring adherence to schedules.
61 Check blockage of customs filing issues and monitor the releasing of cargo after clearance.
61 Incumbents will be expected to follow additional instructions and perform other related duties as required.



Qualifications：
61 Diploma with 1-3 years relevant working experience and/or shipping background.
61 Good spoken and write English
61 Good knowledge of excel
61 Working knowledge of local regulations / laws
61 Can work under pressure.
