【Job Purpose】
- Lead and drive new product and process development initiatives, ensuring technical excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
- Spearhead the development of new products and manufacturing processes from concept to production.
- Serve as the technical expert in at least one core process: hot forming, injection, molding, CNC, or assembly.
- Design, optimize, and validate fixtures, tooling, and equipment to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Define and verify specification and process parameters.
- Define SOP, BOM
