The Staff Electrical Engineer is accountable for the development of technology and platform for next generation high power supplies. The job encompasses development of leading-edge power system, proof of concept, platform working prototypes, design simulations.This job require engagement with multiple groups on latest available technology, research of new inventions, collaboration with product development design teams.

What a typical day looks like:
61 Developing leading-edge design and development from concept stage to working platform within the defined requirements
61 Work across functional teams to ensure product meet product specification, cost target, schedule, etc.
61 Design concept decision maker, including topology architecture, component selection, PCB layout, EMC, Safety, Reliability etc.
61 Solve technical related problems so encountered throughout the development phases
61 Design support and issue solving during the product design stage which is handled by the product design team

61 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的調(diào)試測(cè)試，輸出設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)的完整交付資料，負(fù)責(zé)方案在開(kāi)發(fā)中的技術(shù)問(wèn)題，
61 為后續(xù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)階段（由產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)主持）提供技術(shù)支持

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
61 8 years design experience for BS degree, 4 years design experience for Master degree, design experience during PhD for PhD degree, in high power supply design (Telecom, Server, OBC, EVFC, HVDC, SST ...), independent project design experience.
61 Strong Power electronics / power supply design knowledge, well understanding about popular topology such as Totem-pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T-NPC, ANPC, flyback, LLC, CLLC, DAB, etc.
61 Good magnetics design skill and experience
61 Familiar with engineering tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs,
61 Self-motivated, passionate work, good team work
61 Good English
61 電力電子或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷, 碩士以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先考慮；
61 數(shù)字控制大功率功率系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，本科學(xué)歷8年以上；碩士研究生學(xué)歷，5年以上；博士研究生學(xué)歷，3年以上；
61 扎實(shí)的電力電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和較強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手能力，熟悉電力電子線路，基礎(chǔ)控制理論和功率半導(dǎo)體器件特性；
61 對(duì)Totem-pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T-NPC, ANPC, flyback, LLC, CLLC, DAB等拓?fù)溆猩钊氲牧私狻?br />61 扎實(shí)的磁性元器件設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
