每日工作快照

日常對(duì)設(shè)備控制程序進(jìn)行解讀、修改與參數(shù)優(yōu)化，同時(shí)處理溫度、液位等各類(lèi)傳感器及儀表的故障判斷、備件調(diào)試校對(duì)工作，負(fù)責(zé)化工流程管道、氣動(dòng)電動(dòng)閥門(mén)、流體泵、真空泵等設(shè)備的維修維護(hù)，以及自動(dòng)流水線和變頻器的日常檢修，參與設(shè)備數(shù)字化及底層數(shù)據(jù)采集相關(guān)工作，保障電力變壓器專(zhuān)用生產(chǎn)設(shè)備（繞線機(jī)、真空干燥設(shè)備等）的正常運(yùn)行與維修。



職責(zé)與挑戰(zhàn)


● 對(duì)設(shè)備控制流程有比較深刻的理解，能讀懂設(shè)備控制程序及修改優(yōu)化相關(guān)程序和參數(shù)（三菱、西門(mén)子等PLC及變頻器和伺服系統(tǒng)，WinccKingviewC#等組態(tài)平臺(tái)），熟悉溫度、液位、真空壓力、位置、流量等傳感器及儀表的原理結(jié)構(gòu)及故障判斷和備件調(diào)試校對(duì)。
● 對(duì)化工流程管道、氣動(dòng)電動(dòng)閥門(mén)（調(diào)節(jié)閥、球閥、蝶閥等）、流體泵（離心、螺桿、屏蔽泵等）、真空泵（旋片泵、液環(huán)泵、羅茨泵等）有一定的維修維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
● 熟悉自動(dòng)流水線的工作原理及維修維護(hù)；
● 有變頻器維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
● 對(duì)設(shè)備數(shù)字化、底層數(shù)據(jù)采集具備一定的認(rèn)識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
● 有電力變壓器專(zhuān)用生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，如繞線機(jī)、煤油氣相真空干燥設(shè)備、真空濾油機(jī)油處理系統(tǒng)、喬格硅鋼片橫剪線、Delu氣墊車(chē)、各類(lèi)真空泵、行車(chē)、升降平臺(tái)等設(shè)備的維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)。


綜合素質(zhì)要求


● 本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、電氣、機(jī)電一體化專(zhuān)業(yè)，6年以上生產(chǎn)設(shè)備維護(hù)維修相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有中級(jí)（或以上）工程師資格證書(shū)。
● 有焊工、高低壓電工操作證的優(yōu)先考慮。
● 具備機(jī)械、電氣、液壓等專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí).
● 具備一定的英文能力，能讀懂理解設(shè)備的外文說(shuō)明書(shū)，進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的口語(yǔ)交流。
