Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Operations Analyst with experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) or HR outsourcing. The ideal candidate will excel in multi-tasking, possess the ability to work independently on complex tasks, and demonstrate flexibility and quick response to changes. This role requires a collaborative and easy-going attitude, with strong teamwork skills. Experience in hotline or collocated country HR roles, project management, and operational excellence (OE) management is highly preferred. Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) and fluency in English are essential.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations Support:
● Provide comprehensive support for HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and HR transactions.
● Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR requests and inquiries, maintaining high service quality.
Multi-tasking and Independent Work:
● Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
● Work independently on complicated HR tasks, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability and Responsiveness:
● Adapt to changes in the business environment and organizational needs with agility and efficiency.
● Respond promptly to HR-related issues and challenges, providing effective solutions.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, working well with colleagues and other teams.

Hotline and Country HR Support:
● Provide HR support through hotline services and collocated country HR roles as needed.
● Leverage experience in country-specific HR practices to deliver tailored solutions.
Project Management and Operational Excellence:
● Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful execution and implementation.
● Support operational excellence (OE) management efforts, driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
Proficiency in PPT and Communication:
● Create and deliver effective presentations using PowerPoint (PPT) to communicate HR information and insights.
● Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Experience in SSC or HR outsourcing environments.
● Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently on complex HR issues.
● Flexible and quick to adapt to changing business needs.
● Easy-going nature with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
● Hotline or collocated country HR experience is preferred.
● Experience in project management and operational excellence is a plus.
