Job Responsibilities
61 Responsible the backlog invoices tracking and solving 負責第三方供應商長賬期發(fā)票處理
61 Process the service ticket from custom user department based on SLA 根據(jù)服務協(xié)議要求處理來自用戶部門的服務訂單
61 Prepare the payment list to supplier based on pay cycle 根據(jù)付款計劃時間準備相應的付款清單
61 Monthly prepare the related KPI analysis and tracking report 準備月度的KPI數(shù)據(jù)分析和跟蹤報表
61 Act as the contact window to external supplier to answer the invoice and payment inquiry 作為外部供應商的溝通窗口回答相關的發(fā)票支付問題
61 Complies with internal regulations and project specific procedures遵循內部規(guī)則和項目特定地流程處理業(yè)務
61 Can work with team to achieve both team and individual KPI requirement 與部門一起快速達成團隊和個人績效目標
61 Other tasks assigned by superior 上級安排的其他工作任務。
Job Requirements
61 Bachelor degree本科以上學歷，Accounting related major 會計相關專業(yè)
61 At least 2-year related industry working experience
至少2年以上工作經(jīng)驗
61 Finance share service center and SAP working experience will be plused.
財務共享中心和SAP工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
61 Good communication and collaboration skills良好的溝通協(xié)調能力
61 Good logical thinking ability良好的邏輯思維能力
61 Good team work awareness 良好的團隊寫作意識
