1. Responsible for test process development with Product Engineering.
2. Programming for test machines to realize machine control, test logics, data acquisition and analysis to get test results.
3. New product test programs debug and sample delivery.
4. Current test processes optimization. (cycle time/head count etc.)
5. Test machines’ downtime support.
6. Test machines’ FTQ improvement.
7. Open issues list tracking and close in audits.
8. Responsible for machine supplier management to make sure good delivery.

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1. Engineering degree in Mechanical engineering and automation Control is required
2. Good problem solving skill, planning skill, and technical learning ability
3. Communication
