Key Responsibilities：
Position Responsibility：
1. Lead team to execute the production plan by well managing the utilization of people and equipment resource and ensure Output, productivity and OTD requirements.
2. Supervise all production processes to assure the compliance with quality and method all related instructions and requirements, to continuously increase quality level and reduce scrap.
3. To well manage annual production budget planning and control, to ensure production cost within budget.
4. Take full responsibility of people management in the production department, continuously improving the satisfaction of frontline employees.
5. Other tasks assigned by plant manager.
EHS Responsibility：
6. Strictly implement EHS policy and procedures, to ensure safety is always being well followed by production team, in order to eliminate safety risks, environmental incident and also occupational disease.
7. Lead the production team to do risk assessment in the production area.
WCM Responsibility：
8. As the leader of IE pillar, in charge of leading the pillar team to organize related activities, such as loss deployment, pillar meeting, kaizens, training, coaching and audit, aimed to reduce the loss and achieve all KPI targets under the pillar. Drive continuous improvement activities in production area.

Qualification Requirements：
Typical Education Level：
Bachelor degree or above, major in material is a plus.
Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：
1. 10 years above experience in a role of production management, 3 years as production manager. Have traceable solid performance in production management. It is necessary for personnel to gradually grow from frontline management.
2. Working experience in multi-national enterprise.
3. Good knowledge and practice operation in WCM/Lean manufacturing is preferred.
4. Good English.
