工作內(nèi)容(Job Responsibilities):
1、市場開拓與客戶開發(fā):負(fù)責(zé)跨國公司招聘系統(tǒng)的市場開發(fā)和開拓,識別并接觸潛在的高價值客戶,與之建立并保持長久友好的聯(lián)系;
- Market Development and Customer Acquisition: Responsible for market development and customer acquisition for multinational company recruitment systems, identifying and engaging with potential high-value clients, and establishing and maintaining long-term, friendly relationships with them.
2、需求分析與產(chǎn)品推廣:深入了解客戶的需求,推廣公司產(chǎn)品,提供及幫助客戶招聘數(shù)字化、項目管理、系統(tǒng)實施的解決方案落地;
- Needs Analysis and Product Promotion: Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs, promoting company products, and providing and assisting customers with the implementation of digital recruitment, project management, and system implementation solutions.
3、營銷方案策劃與執(zhí)行:負(fù)責(zé)策劃和落實營銷方案,結(jié)合公司的業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)和市場趨勢,完成銷售指標(biāo),包括但不限于SaaS產(chǎn)品的銷售和市場拓展;
- Sales Plan Development and Execution: Responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, aligning with company business objectives and market trends, achieving sales targets, including but not limited to the sales and market expansion of SaaS products.
4、市場信息收集與分析:收集市場和競爭對手信息,為產(chǎn)品改進和銷售策略提供建議,增強公司在市場中的競爭力;
- Market Information Collection and Analysis: Gathering market and competitor information to provide suggestions for product improvement and sales strategies, enhancing the company's competitiveness in the market.
5、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
- Other tasks assigned by leadership.


任職要求(Job Requirements):
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,有母語為英語國家背景者優(yōu)先;
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background from an English-speaking country preferred.
2、積極的銷售心態(tài),3年以上BD銷售經(jīng)驗,有海外HRIS系統(tǒng)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,主流系統(tǒng)如Workday、Successfactor等的銷售經(jīng)驗,擅于持續(xù)開發(fā)陌生客戶,過往銷售成績優(yōu)秀;
- A proactive sales mentality, with over 3 years of BD sales experience, experience with overseas HRIS systems, sales experience with mainstream systems such as Workday, Successfactors, adept at continuously developing new clients, with an excellent track record in sales.
3、對國際市場有深入了解,能夠把握市場動態(tài)和客戶需求;
- A deep understanding of international markets, capable of grasping market dynamics and customer needs.
4、具備較強的演講能力和溝通能力,能獨立自信的面對HRD或以上級別的企業(yè)客戶;
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to confidently face corporate clients at the level of HRD or above.
5、有B端銷售經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;有Saas銷售經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;有各大企業(yè)HR人脈、高管人脈資源的優(yōu)先;有獵頭工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;各行各業(yè)優(yōu)秀銷售業(yè)績者優(yōu)先;有國際項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
- Preference for those with B2B sales experience; SaaS sales experience; connections in HR and executive networks across various companies; headhunting experience; top sales performers in various industries; international project experience.
6、具有良好的職業(yè)操守和綜合素養(yǎng);
- Good professional ethics and comprehensive qualities.
7、具有積極主動、合作共贏的團隊精神;
- Proactive, cooperative, and win-win team spirit.
8、具有流利的英語溝通能力(英語可作為工作語言),其他語言能力為加分項。
- Fluent in English communication (English can be used as a working language), with additional language skills being a plus.
