崗位職責：

1. To supervise and inspect the operations of the contractor to comply with the HSE requirement of relevant China code as a minimum and with the appropriate specific HSE requirement of employer and HBP.

3. Supervise and manage the contractors HSE system (data) accord with requirement of relevant China and local standard Employer and HBP.

4. Inspect whether the contractors site accord with the HSE plans and Chinese HSE standard and write corrective instructions and punishment notices to the contractor.

5. Preside or request Jianli to convene site HSE meeting.

主持或要求監(jiān)利召開現(xiàn)場HSE會議。

6. Equest Jianli to review key working procedure (dangerous working procedure) by them.

7. Record and reserve HSE data on site office according to HBP requirement and write weekly safety report both in Chinese and English.

任職要求：

1. College degree or above, experience of safety management or at least 3-8 years.

大專及以上學歷，至少3-8年安全管理經(jīng)驗。

2.The project is located all over the duchy, can accept on site work.

項目在全國各地，能接受駐場工作。

3.Capable of interpersonal and communication skills.

具備良好的人際關系和溝通能力。

4.Able to work under pressure be willing to travel and work for projects out of Shanghai.

能夠承受工作壓力，愿意出差和在上海以外的地方工作。

5.Working experiences from Project Management company or related consulting firms preferable Functional Skills.

6. Multiple industries projects and foreign company experience is a plus, especially IDC / Pharmaceutical industry.
