Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. Synchronize new order income/delivery book in SAP and HQ SAP system to ensure financial date to be synchronized globally.
確認(rèn)新訂單及發(fā)貨的準(zhǔn)時進(jìn)入及訂單信息在系統(tǒng)間的同步傳遞,以確保全球財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)同步。
2. Measurement of compliance with the delivery quantities and deadlines, in order to initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time.
通過協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)貨數(shù)量和期限是否符合訂單要求,及時地采取積極措施提高發(fā)貨可靠性。
3. Dispatch invoicing for finished goods in time, in order to ensure timely dispatch and delivery reliability to the customer and a corresponding value flow. To ensure the relevant sales income can be booked in time.及時檢查成品的發(fā)貨時間和調(diào)度/發(fā)票開具以確保對客戶的準(zhǔn)時調(diào)度和交付可靠性及相應(yīng)的價值流,以確保相應(yīng)的銷售收益及時入賬。
Your qualifications and experience:
1. At least 2 years work experience in logistics or in related functional areas. The work experience at multi-national company will be the plus.
2年以上物流或供應(yīng)鏈工作經(jīng)驗,具備跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
2. Bachelor degree or above
本科或以上學(xué)歷
3. Good English skills (oral/writing/listening)
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
4. Strong communication skill
較強的溝通能力
5. Basic commercial knowledge
具備商務(wù)基礎(chǔ)概念
6. Advanced ERP skills
較強的企業(yè)資源軟件應(yīng)用能力
