1. Collect and analyze the information of the oversea production policy and Tax policy requirements, then develop the local EMS supplier and raw material suppliers (Metal, Electric and Electroinic) to meet to business development requirement, policy requirements.根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要收集并分析海外當(dāng)?shù)刂圃煺吆投愂照咔閳?，開發(fā)海外成品代工廠和原材料供應(yīng)商（五金，電氣，電子）；
2. Work with other functions to evaluate the potential suppliers, decide the supplier long list and short list, lead the RFQ, decide the supplier.和內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門一起完成供應(yīng)商清單確認(rèn)，詢價，供應(yīng)商定點；
3. Lead the business flow, logistic, Purchasing Agreement negotiation with supplier; 主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商商流，物流，合同的談判；
4. Make and implement the NPI plan of the project and manage the whole process of the project development to ensure its mass production on time with acceptable cost level, quality level and controllable risk. Coordinate with supplier and internal different functions for all kinds of resource.制定并有效地執(zhí)行項目開發(fā)計劃，確保項目的按時量產(chǎn)和成本品質(zhì)在可接受的范圍內(nèi)，風(fēng)險可控；協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部和供應(yīng)商的資源為項目服務(wù)；
5. Co-manage the oversea supplier’s risk on delivery, quality and cost with other functions for mass production project. 和其他部分一起管理海外供應(yīng)商量產(chǎn)過程中的的交付，品質(zhì)，成本風(fēng)險；
6. Lead the continuous cost saving actions for oversea project, including yearly negotiation；主導(dǎo)海外項目的成本持續(xù)降低活動，包括供應(yīng)商的年度談判；
7. Optimize the workflow according to business requirements. Other tasks arranged by the supervisor; 優(yōu)化內(nèi)部的業(yè)務(wù)流程。上司安排的其他工作；
8. With international trading knowledge and experience, English can be work language， CET-6 or English Major; 具備國際貿(mào)易的知識基礎(chǔ)和經(jīng)驗英語，英語可以做為工作語言，六級以上或英語專業(yè)；
9. Work experience as Project manager/engineer, or project buyer, or in foreign company will be preferred. 項目經(jīng)理，項目工程師，項目采購，外企的工作經(jīng)驗，優(yōu)先；
10. Excellent communication skills and experience across functions and cultures will be preferred.出色的跨部門和跨文化溝通技巧和經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先； 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標(biāo)進(jìn)行招標(biāo)采購類信息查詢
