工作職責(zé)：
1，根據(jù)SI要求和國家要求完成MTD。
2，處理文件異常并監(jiān)控狀態(tài)。
3，處理提單修改并與目的地溝通批準(zhǔn)。
4，船啟航后向客戶發(fā)放SWB
5，調(diào)整滯期費和發(fā)票
6，在提單截止時間前向客戶發(fā)送SI提醒


應(yīng)聘要求：
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)不限。歡迎應(yīng)屆生前來應(yīng)聘；
2. 1年客戶服務(wù)或物流、運輸行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
3. 具有基本的英語讀寫能力，
4. 熟練運用辦公軟件；
5. 良好的溝通能力，獨立工作能力以及團隊合作能力；
6. 積極樂觀的工作態(tài)度，同時具備良好的客戶服務(wù)意識。



CS Documentation Coordinator

Main Objectives

1，Receive and register Shipping Instruction
2，Complete B/L and send draft to customer
3，Handle B/L amendment
4，Issue SWB and invoices after vessel sailed

Responsibilities

1，Register received documents from index mailboxes
2，F(xiàn)ollow up on all relevant documents received from index mailboxes
3，Complete MTD and send draft to customer
4，Handle B/L amendment
5，Release SWB to customer after vessel sailed
6，Adjust detention and demurrage charge and invoice
7，Send Shipping Instruction reminder to customer before doc cutoff time

Qualifications

1，Diploma degree.
2，1 year experience in customer service and logistics company is preferred.
3，Good command of English.
4，Knowledge of MS Office.
5，Ability to work independent as well as in a team.
6，Positive attitude with customer service mindset.
