職位
Manages the Digital Marketing team for the assigned product(s). With team,
creates meaningful customer (healthcare professional [HCP], patient, payer,
etc.) interactions with Roche products and services using existing and emerging
relationship marketing and digital channels communications strategies and
technology.
With team, supports the assigned business or functional unit by leveraging and
orchestrating multichannel marketing expertise to deliver digital marketing
campaigns, strategies and other tactics to audiences that help meet or exceed
business strategies and objectives. Selects, develops, and evaluates employees
to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Your Opportunity:
* Design holistic social health education strategy, framework, campaign plan
and tactics for Roche key brands
* Work tightly with marketing, medical and communication team to align and
co-execute social education campaigns
* Develop high-quality social content strategy for brand and corresponding
therapeutic areas
* Drive high-quality execution for social content creation and communication
initiatives
* Manage social agency performance and delivery quality
* Drive KPI achievement for social content creation, communication, KOL
satisfaction, audience satisfaction and brand awareness
Who you are
* 5 years working experiences in a well-known social knowledge platform
(WeChat, Red, Tiktok, Kuaishou, Bilibili, Zhihu, etc.) in consumer operation
roles. Health-related experience is not a must.
* ●Strong understanding of internet user mindset and behavior
* ●Strong social content planning and development capabilities
* ●Strong team collaboration spirit
