We are looking for a Service Engineer for our Railway Sector, Industrial Technology at our location of Beijing, China.
Your tasks:
On-site technical support for customers and ZF plants to analyze product failures
Analyzing and contributing to resolve quality/service problems (related to the gearboxes) at customer end and at ZF
Gearbox repair or modification at customer end in order to solve quality issues
Claims management (field failures) and analysis together with ZF plant and ZF Service
Providing training to technical service staff of customer and ZF
Close cooperation with technical service teams in Friedrichshafen
