Position Purpose /Summary （職位綜述）
You will identify ways to improve safety, quality, yields, and the capability of existing processes while also assisting in the scale up and implementation of developmental products/processes. Core challenges include lead continuous process improvement to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the operation to meet goals established by the business along with providing technical guidance to the operations team to assist with process troubleshooting along with developing corrective action plans.
該崗位主要負責工廠日常工藝參數(shù)、配方及工藝安全的管理，熟練掌握并能運用6西格瑪和精益生產工具進行生產工藝的持續(xù)改進，并參與新項目。
