Job Title: Specialist, Sales Service and System
Job Summary
This position will be responsible for engaging in daily communication and operational support for designated B2B partners. this role involves handling edge case refund and date exchange requests from partners in accordance with company policy, collecting relevant supporting documents for approval and audit purposes. Timely responses to partners’ inquiries on business rules, order details, special requests, park information, operational changes, and related matters are also a key responsibility. Providing comprehensive service support to various travel groups, including organizing order information, gathering verification materials, coordinating internal communication, and offering on-site support when needed, is part of the role. Additionally, during unforeseen events, the position will be accountable for handling refund processes as per established procedures. The role also entails assisting with the servicing and booking of MICE events based on team requirements.
Major Responsibilities
Handle edge case requests from partners, collect relevant supporting documents for approval and audit purposes.
Timely respond to partners’ inquiries regarding products, orders, park information, special requests, and operational matters.
Provide necessary support to leisure groups, including information collection, order verification, material check, communication coordination, on-site service support, etc.
Take charge of hotel reservations for group business, from creating group blocks to sending notifications, conducting regular room status checks, and timely inventory management.
Process order refunds and other tasks during unforeseen events according to established procedures.
Execute group service and reservation for MICE events.
Propose optimization suggestions for existing processes based on practical needs, and after receiving confirmation, update workflow and SOP accordingly.
Complete other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications
3 years experiences in sales operation, hospitality or corporate housing industry
Travel and hospitality, traditional or online travel agency, theme park industry experience is highly preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
Great organizational and time management abilities
Super communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
IT literacy: Outlook
