Description:
Responsible for exceeding revenue and NBO(New Business Opportunity) target
.
D
eveloping
appropriate strategies and execution plan to drive sales of the company product portfolio
.
Develop strong
relationships with customers and their respective functions, understand customer needs, and translate into solutions Honeywell can fulfill Work with sales, marketing, ISC and technology functions to provide service and support to customers, including but n
ot
limited to product/application training and application problem solving
.
Effectively utilize factory resources to support customer programs/customer satisfaction and to drive new business
opportunity (NBO) growth in the region
.
Provide strategic guidanc
e and training to authorized distributors on products, markets, customers and applications which are consistent with vertical
market objectives
.
Assist sales manager in developing and implementing the vertical market growth strategies and initiatives withi
n their territory
.
Provide accurate forecast regularly and
update SFDC in a timely manner
Qualifications
61 Bachelor's degree in engineering
61 A minimum of 3 years experience in sales (previously direct sales with key account mgt
experience)
61 Experience in working for MNC's and in matrix organizations
61 Experience working in several industries / areas:
Appliance
, power
tool
, industry, sensor
experience is preferred
61 Highly motivated and self
-
confident individual of the highest integrity
61 Results

oriented and having a strong sense of ownership
61 Ability to develop strong relationships independently with key or new targeted customers and th
eir respective functions, understand customer needs, and translate CTQs into Honeywell solutions to customer!
61 Ability to make product introduction and seminar for key customers

61 Good in English reading and writing, and able to communicate in English orally
