To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Electrical Design Engineer located in Suzhou SIP.
Reporting to the Automation Manager, the Electrical Design Engineer role involves…
What a typical day looks like:
? Lead and coordinate each BU to implement Suzhou site automation projects and track progress.
? Responsible for non-standard and standard automation design, develop, and implement electrical control system.
? Automation project management (opportunity capture/feasibility evaluation/ risk assessment/ proposal review/ specification define/ machine buy-off).
? Collaborate with cross functional BU and sister site production team and outside vendors to ensure successful integration.
? Existing automation equipment troubleshooting/ upgrade and integration.
? Good automation projects inhouse duplicate and sister site yokoten
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
? Bachelor for Electrical design engineering or Automation design engineering, at least 5years relevant work experience.
? Proven experience in electrical design and automation projects.
? Proficient in electrical system design, develop electrical schematics, cabinet layout and wiring diagrams, specify/select electrical components;
? Write, test, and debug PLC programs, implement logic control , collaborate with software engineers;
? Design and implement user friendly HMI interfaces, customize and configure HMI software to meet projects requirements.
? Robot/Cobot selection, simulation, programming and application.
? Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities.
? Rich non-standard automation mechanical design experience of electronic manufacturing factory, for example: glue dispensing, screw fastening, labeling, testing, packing, load/unload and integration automation line.
