We are looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing product team in Beijing and lead the continuous data pipelining product areas! Our Product Managers understand the customer needs, define the product roadmap, and oversee the product functionality and design for our flexible, scalable, and easy-to-use data product. We need an experienced product manager who has the breadth of skills and experience that will make our product loved by the data engineers. Someone who can develop a deep understanding of the data ecosystem product, a deep empathy for developers, and a clear vision of how the product should evolve. In this position you will also be working with our engineering, technical program management, and ecosystem of technology partners to align on joint technology and business integration roadmaps for the unified data processing area. Responsibilities ? Reimagine how our customers and partners perform continuous data processing and pipeline orchestration at any scale. Be the subject matter expert for data engineering. ? Define and evolve the roadmap, and definition of success for one or more key areas of the Data Analytics product, include finance, logistic, factory, compliance and so on, specifically for data pipelining and data engineering capabilities. ? Work in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning product, design, development, documentation, QA, security, infrastructure, and support, as well as our partners. ? Own the end-to-end product life cycle from customer scenarios, product requirements, priorities, customer reviews, all the way to product/feature evangelism. ? Application of data analytics platform to real-world problems in use cases (e.g. data mining, algorithms, forecasting,) ? Build up team product management knowledge and skill.
