Your tasks: * Strategic sourcing of assigned commodity parts Forging Non-Automotive Finished Parts within commercial vehicle business unit. * Manage purchasing price, review sources and bundling opportunities for cost-saving methods and opportunities; achieve the target cost established by the business unit for the commodity * Lead and support development of part family strategies as well as manage supply base regarding quality and delivery according to the escalation model * Responsible negotiation lead for defined global suppliers as supplier champion cooperate * Handling sourcing cases according ZF guidelines (from RFQ to final awarding) and ensure pricing information in SAP, Reporting Systems Your profile: * Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Business Administration with technical background and several years of experience in a purchasing related background * Deep Knowledge of cost improvement/ containment topics and techniques * Experience in managing global supply base * Fluent English language skills and additional language skills desirable e.g., German * Willingness to travel Be part of us and apply now!
