Mission and responsibilities: 1.Identify relevant regional and local laws and
regulations and internal Siemens Healthineers rules.

2.Coach, consult and recommend process owners how SSMR can compliance the
regulations and achieve the Siemens Healthineers internal targets, to support
the business, including for risk reduction, compliance, process improvement and
cost reduction.指導、探討并建議流程負責人SSMR如何在合規(guī)的前提下達到西門子醫(yī)療內(nèi)部目標，包括降低風險、合規(guī)、流程改進和節(jié)約成本；
3.Assist process owners to define significant relevant EHS aspects, and be
knowledgeable about significant SSMR level aspects.
幫助流程負責人定義重大EHS因素，并對SSMR公司層級的重大因素有一定認知；
4.Provide technical and regulatory assistance to process owners.
向流程負責人提供技術和管理上的協(xié)助；
5.Plan for needed training and communication regarding EHS to SSMR employees.
根據(jù)需要對SSMR員工進行EHS方面的培訓和宣傳；
6.Organize the safety check regularly to find out whether the processes are
well followed and ensure the safety risk is in the minimum lever. Propose the
corrective action according to the checking findings. Checking the implement of
the corrective action.

7.According to the regulatory requirements, monitor distribute the personal
protection equipment. Monitoring and educate employee how to proper wear the
equipment.依據(jù)法規(guī)要求監(jiān)督勞保用品的分發(fā)，指導員工如何正確穿戴勞保用品并監(jiān)督；
8.Review significant equipment, process and layout changes, and recommend
relevant controls and processes from EHS respects
重要設備、流程及廠區(qū)布置調(diào)整時，對其進行評審，并從EHS角度提出相關控制措施及流程；
9.Organize environment inspection according to the regulation and follow up
the improvement actions with the process owners依照法規(guī)要求組織環(huán)境檢查，并與流程負責人跟進改善措施的執(zhí)行；
10.Organize occupation healthcare inspection組織職業(yè)健康檢查；
11.Ensure the compliance for product related environmental protection laws and
regulations (such as RoHS and REACH) in system level.確保產(chǎn)品相關的環(huán)境保護法規(guī)的符合性（如
RoHS和REACH)；
12.Lead to apply for the environmental portfolio product.組織申請綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)品；
13.Support supplier management to ensure PREP requirements are implemented at
the supplier sites.對供應商管理提供支持，確保產(chǎn)品相關環(huán)境保護的法規(guī)在供應商處執(zhí)行。
Your qualifications and experiences:1.Bachelor's degree or above; 本科以上學歷；
2.At least 3 years working experience in EHS; 3年以上EHS事務相關工作經(jīng)驗;
3.In-depth knowledge in ISO14001 or ISO 45001.精通ISO14001 or ISO 45001體系知識。
4.Excellent Communication skill and Presentation； 擁有良好溝通技巧和演講能力；
5.Good verbal, writing and reading skills in English；良好的英語口語和讀寫能力。
