job description:
you will be responsible for assisting with the accounting of a portfolio of properties for our clients. specific responsibilities include the following:
? taking care of the day-to-day operations of the properties including billing, receipts and payments;
? working with client service team in other office to handle requests from the clients;
? liaising with client facility managers and shared service support team and review the reports provided by them;
? handling month end closing including amortisation/accruals/tax computation;
? handling the accounts and preparation of periodic reports and breakdowns for the responsible entities;
? handling the audit and tax filing for the responsible entities;
? coaching junior staff and reviewing work done by them;
? supporting senior officers and managers in ensuring quality work is delivered to the client;
? pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required from time-to-time by your senior officers, managers or clients.
your profile:
?bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance
?1+ years of accounting related experience;
? prior knowledge or experience of working in property sector, especially property investment is desirable;
? fluent in written and spoken english and chinese;
? possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate;
? able to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines;
? mature and detail-oriented;
? strong ms office skills, especially in excel and word;
? hands on experience with erp systems, knowledge of mri would be a distinct advantage.
