職位描述：
tasks :
product quality control and failure analysis and quality improvement
customer claim analysis and improvement
supplier quality improve and audit
quality system management and improvement
documentation and evaluation of the non-conformance (traceability documentation, evaluation of results to define further actions and make decisions), and corrective action follow up.
first sample reports to customer (ppap) according customer requirements
technical discussions with customer (to clarify specifications, to clarify open topics, to obtain confirmations from customer, …)
moderation and documentation of design-fmea
working along given design processes
adaption and harmonization of existing processes
support ul (usa) and vde (europe) approbations
obtain local approbations like cqc, fcm, and kc
provide technical delivery specification for components if required (tl) and communicate with supplier
know how about standards for approbation (iec-60730, iec-60335) to consult the design engineers (material check, cti, rti, …)
evaluation of the valid standards legal requirements
profile :
mechanical engineer or similar
independent, active and cooperative working in a team
willing for business trip, both domestic and overseas
very good english skills in speaking and writing
