工作職責:
1.量產產品負責人，維護產品cp/ft/eqc 良率及利用數據分析，電性分析等手段找到影響產品量產良率的因素，并加以改善。
2.異常事件的處理。
3.負責定義新產品測試流程，并持續(xù)改善測試時間及覆蓋面。
4.負責新產品設計到產品量產過程中的工程分析，并解決新產品導入過程中遇到的各種問題。
5.負責工程測試及量產認證的實際操作。
6負責量產，工程數據的分析與報告。
7.熟練應用各種測試機臺，并能夠利用te開發(fā)的程序完成不同要求的數據收集，也可以完成二次開發(fā)。

任職資格:
1.材料，微電子，物理，化學，及半導體相關專業(yè)的本科及碩士學歷
2.4-6年（本科）或2-4年（碩士以及上）的相關工作經驗；歡迎應屆生投遞，先做助理產品工程師。
3.具備一定的半導體物理知識。
4.熟悉產品規(guī)格，并了解產品操作機理以及產品架構。
5.熟悉半導體制造流程。
6.熟悉芯片測試原理及流程。
7.熟悉電性分析及物理失效分析手段。
8.熟練掌握各種辦公軟件的操作。
9.不錯的英語口語能力。
10.不錯的溝通與協調能力。
11.良好的學習能力。
1.material science, micro-electronics; ee, physics, chemical, bachelor or above.
2.4-6 years (bs degree) or 2-4 years (ms or above) of relevant experience
