Identify project risks and make project budget. 2. 在項目實施階段，根據(jù)合同要求，組織召開項目開工會，制定項目計劃。 Organize project kick-off meeting and make project plan according to contract requirements during project execution. 3. 協(xié)調(diào)項目相關人員，推進項目的執(zhí)行，確保項目按計劃交付。 Coordinate project team members to facilitate project execution and secure project on-time delivery. 4. 負責系統(tǒng)零部件選型、GA設計審核及生產(chǎn)BOM制定。 Take responsibilities of system accessory selection, GA design review and production BOM creation. 5. 協(xié)調(diào)并推動采購部門完成零部件的采購和準時到貨。 Coordinate and push purchasing department for material purchasing and on-time delivery. 6. 根據(jù)項目實施進度，協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)車間完成系統(tǒng)的組裝、測試、見證和發(fā)運等工作。 According to project status, work with workshop to complete system installation, testing, FAT, and shipment. 7. 完成項目實施各階段文件的編制、提交和客戶審核。 Complete compiling, submission and customer audit of documents required in each stage of project execution. 8. 負責項目成本和質(zhì)量的跟蹤和控制。 Responsible for tracking and controlling of project cost as well as quality. 9. 項目出現(xiàn)偏差或異常時，組織、協(xié)調(diào)相關人員快速處理并找到解決方案。 Coordinate relevant teams to work out best solutions rapidly when problems and deviations occur. 10. 負責系統(tǒng)在客戶現(xiàn)場調(diào)試和驗收階段各項工作的組織和協(xié)調(diào)。 Responsible for organization and coordination of system commissioning and quality acceptance on customer site. 11. 支持系統(tǒng)售后問題的分析、處理，并制訂改善及預防措施。 Support analysis of system after-sales problems.
